Now that the Notorious has moved up to welterweight, he is making the most of his 'two breakfasts' and steak dinners, while maintaining the strict movement and fitness regime that he hopes will see him beat Nate Diaz in the early hours of Sunday morning.
"I don't have to worry about weight. I don't have to worry about nothin'. Just keep the body loose, keep the body sharp, and go in and put this man away," insists the Dubliner.
That is not to say that McGregor has not put the work in ahead of the clash with Diaz.
He speaks of putting a "hell of a lot of rounds in - MMA rounds, wrestling rounds, grappling rounds, boxing, kickboxing, there's been a lot of work for this fight."
