Excellent stuff from Rory’s Stories.
Mayo won their fifth Connacht title in succession in emphatic style at Hyde Park yesterday, beating Sligo with 26 points to spare and racking up a barely believable 6-25 in the process.
Central to the Green and Red’s victory was Breaffy’s Aidan O’Shea, a one-man wrecking ball who finished with a personal tally of 3-4, a lot of which was scored with Sligo defenders seemingly hanging off his back.
It’s not the first time O’Shea has produced a performance like that but it was arguably the most dominant of his career to date and it was perfectly summed up in a brilliant sketch by Rory’s Stories, whose GAA sketches you may well have come across in the recent past.
