“A show out of ideas teams up with a show out of episodes”
When it comes to creating original ideas, we're starting to think that The Simpsons is adopting Homer Simpson's brilliant campaign logo for the Sanitation Commission.
"Can't someone else do it" seems to be the mantra in Simpsons HQ because the creators have decided to opt for another crossover episode, just like their recent adventures with the cast of Family Guy.
We all know that The Simpsons is the greatest show of all time, but JOE is also massive fans of the 'cancelled-far-too-early' Futurama.
Here's hoping that Matt Groening can somehow manage to find a way of introducing Zapp Brannigan, Bender and Zoidberg into Springfield.
In the meantime, here's a look at the couch gag from the upcoming episode. FYI, we don't really like the that Homer speaks during the intro but that's mainly because we're geeky, obsessive, hard-line Simpsons fanatics.
You see, we've gone mad with power. Like that Albert Schweitzer guy...
