The very best sportsmen are blessed not only with the requisite talent to make it to the top of their game but the temperament to be able to perform under extreme pressure on the biggest of occasions.
Whether promising teenager Conor Lynam from Drumcondra will make a name for himself in the basketball world remains to be seen but his ability to make a shot like this in front of a watching crowd at a house party in Malahide recently speaks volumes for his ability to perform when it counts.
The video was sent into us by Michael Keenan (it was also shot at his house) and Michael himself isn’t lacking in the talent department either, as he illustrated in spectacular fashion with some amazing rugby skills before the Heineken Cup Final in Cardiff earlier this year.
