We doubt he’s laughing now…
Yesterday we featured a story about Canadian reporter Shauna Hunt who confronted a group of football fans outside Toronto FC’s clash with Houston Dynamo after someone shouted the vulgar ‘FHRITP’ phrase.

Since then, one of the men, who has been named by The Toronto Sun as Shawn Simoes, has lost his job over the comments.
The company released a statement yesterday evening regarding their employee.

So, like planking, twerking, saying YOLO and all the other annoying internet fads that have (mostly) died a death, it’s probably best if we forget about the ‘FHRITP’ phrase.
It’s not funny and it’s definitely not worth losing your job over it…
