By George, he’s done it!
After conceding a try following a bit of sheer class by Will Genia, the Lions have struck back with a bit of majestic rugby of their own.
A high clearance from the Aussie defence was fielded by George North near the halfway line. What happened next was just fantastic as the Welsh winger evaded three tackles, including efforts by Berrick Barnes and Genia, to score the first Test try for the Lions.
As we write North has just been denied his second but for now, the Lions are purring and North is looking unstoppable.
