Ever wanted to see Katie punch Paulie or Katie do a kicking drill?
Undoubtedly two of Ireland’s all-time greats in their respective fields, this video takes you behind the scenes when Katie Taylor and Paul O’Connell take some time out to do some training in the other’s sport.
Shot by Toyota, it begins with O’Connell heading to Katie’s gym to see the work she puts in to become a world champ and how inspirational she is to the youngsters in her gym. The best bit, though, is when she gets the rugby player in the ring and hammers punches into him.
Then the action switches to the rugby field where O’Connell takes over the coaching and Taylor learns how to play rugby where Paul gives Katie some kicking tips with a great Jonny Wilkinson impression.
