Michel Bourez is one of the most highly-rated professional surfers in the world right now and his nickname is The Spartan, this guy couldn't be any cooler.

He picked up two wins on the WCT circuit at Margaret River and Rio earlier this year but a huge disappointment for him was his early elimination in France.

Michel was so down after the event that he felt the need to get away so he decided to go to Sligo to get it all out of his system.

A Red Bull camera crew followed him and the result is as good an advert for surfing in Ireland as you'll ever see.
