A very well-known and former World Cup winning rugby coach looks just like Ned Flanders? Okely- Dokely.
Can’t quite figure out who it is? Granted he might not be as well-known on this side of the world as he in the Southern Hemisphere but most people who know their rugby know Bob Dwyer, the man who coached Australia to success in the 1991 Rugby World Cup and a member of the IRB Hall of Fame.
We knew Dwyer was a great coach and great rugby personality, but until now we never copped that he is the spit of Homer Simpson’s ultra-nice, whiter-than-white (or should we say yellower-than-yellow) Springfield neighbour, Ned Flanders. Thanks to the lads at Rugby HQ, now we know.
It’s uncanny…
Dwyer came in at the top of a list of lookalikes derived entirely from the Southern Hemisphere but they’re pretty much on the money; if we were to suggest one from this side of the world, we’d probably go with this…
