Video: This 64-year-old from Carlow sends Conor McGregor a very athletic good luck message
He must be one of the fittest men in Ireland.
We'd like to introduce you to Willie O Toole from Rathvilly in Carlow because he's a beasht of a man and we think you need to see what he can do.
Willie saw Conor McGregor doing muscle-ups recently and he wanted to send The Notorious a good luck message by doing some of his own. Here's McGregor in action.
They look so tough even for McGregor who's in peak physical condition.
Here's how Willie, a 64-year-old remember, got on when he had a go.
That's serious lads to be fair.
Bobby Phelan told JOE, "Willie is a bit of a legend on the athletics circuit and has dozens of All-Ireland medals in various different events and still competes to this day at 64 years old.
"He's competing in Tullamore on Sunday again." Best of luck Sunday, Willie. What a man.
