Felix Jones and Ronan O’Mahony have some skills…

If you happened to be in the Munster area over the past few days and spotted gangs of large men roaming around the place up to all sorts of antics, fear not, it was just the Munster rugby team on the second ever Munster Race.

The players are divided up into six groups and dropped off in different locations around the province all hoping to get to the final destination, which was Dingle this year, first.

On route to Dingle yesterday, Group Five which included Felix Jones, Ronan O’Mahony, BJ Botha, Keith Earls, Johnny Holland, Kevin O’Byrne and Donnacha Ryan stopped off in Tralee.

Felix and Ronan called in Lifestyle Sports to meet fans and raise some funds for the Mark Pollock Trust by taking part in the ‘head keepy-uppy challenge’ and they were really, really good…

The two boys would be handy in a game of headers and volleys or ‘nods and volls’ as Cork people call it. The Munster squad are holding an open training session at Rugbaí Chorca Dhuibhne this morning at 10:30am, make sure you head along if you’re around the place.
