If you haven’t fallen aslepp, you will be, like us, enduring the game between Argentina and Holland. A classic it ain’t, with both sides seemingly happy to play it out for extra time and probably penalties.
Poor old Trevor Steven, on co-comm duties for RTE, seemed to lose his train of thought too and in the process of trying to say ‘punished’ and ‘penalties’ conflated the two into ‘penis’.
He quickly corrected himself but he has already bagged himself the man of the match award in JOE Towers.
