Whatever about the ‘reality’ of the WWE, this bloody wound on CM Punk’s head is very real indeed.

If you didn’t stay up, and pay up, to watch WWE’s 'Money in the Bank’ event last night then you missed out on loads of action and injuries. Our own Sheamus looked to get a serious enough arm injury but it was two wrestlers who took part in ladder matches that came off worst of all. Rob Van Dam returned to the WWE last night and ended up with a head full of staples for his trouble (below) but multiple WWE champ CM Punk ended up even worse off. A blow to CM Punk's head resulted in this wound, which he tweeted, below... And here’s how it looked after being stapled up.
