This handy iPhone trick will make texting so much easier
Did you know about this?
It's always been a pet peeve of basically everyone when trying to text on an iPhone; trying to place the cursor at the correct point to edit a misspelling or change a word.
It's very irritating trying to get it to land in the right place and often takes more than one go.
But there's a quick way around it, as food-blogger Krissy Briere-Davis recently discovered, and spotted by Indy100.
Apple, one step ahead (for several years it seems, as it looks like the feature has been around for a while), already created a handy way around the problem.
How come you guys never told me this iPhone trick? I feel duped. pic.twitter.com/2RfRhI4Y1X

The trick has obviously struck a chord with a lot of people with 134,000 people liking the tweet and another 57,000 people retweeting it.
While it seems this feature has been out for a while, not everyone seemed to know about it as even hardcore experts like the New York Times technology reporter Mike Isaac did not realise you could do it.
The feature is called 3D Touch and was introduced several iOS's ago, but many users were unaware of this chortcut which allows users to press anywhere on the keyboard to use the feature.
To those of you who knew, you're probably feeling pretty smug right now.
