Instagram make a simple change that’s going to make a big difference to its users

So simple, we can’t believe they’re only doing it now.

Instagram have announced that they are about to roll out a ‘Save Draft’ option on your posts.

Previously, users of the image sharing service would have been forced to discard their edits when backing out of the app, but that is now going to be a thing of the past.

For the perfectionists among you, who dither between Kelvin and Mayfair for those peace sign selfies, it’s going to be a whole new world.

The new Save Draft option appears after you’ve added effects, filters, your caption or a location to your photo and then clicked the ‘back’ button on the top left of the screen.

To get back to it, click the camera and then the library and your draft will be there, waiting to be liked by at least five people.

It’s been trialled since July and looks like this.
