Ireland is the only country in the world with this new Facebook story feature

Facebook's European HQ is in Dublin and they've often used Ireland as a testing ground for new features including the latest one which launched in the last 24 hours. The rise in popularity of Snapchat saw Mark Zuckerberg's company introduce the Stories feature to Instagram, which they own, but now they've brought that idea over to Facebook. Facebook Stories is the new feature, it's identical to Instagram Stories which is basically the same as Snapchat. This is what it will look like on your newsfeed.
Ireland is the first country in the world to get access to the new feature and everyone here should have it on their phone in the next few weeks.
The idea is that people who like using Snapchat and Insta will now stay on Facebook for longer. It'll probably happen too.
