Sega Mega Drive Classics to get Nintendo Switch release

Rory Cashin

Another great gift idea being launched just in time for Christmas.

Hot on the heels of the Sony PlayStation getting a re-release in the run-up to Santy Season, it has also been announced that the Sega Mega Drive Classic collection will be pushed out on the Nintendo Switch.

Having already enjoyed a successful re-release on the PS4 and Xbox One in May, all eyes were on the eventual Switch release.

While there has not yet been an official release date announced for the physical and digital versions, it is anticipated to arrive “this winter”, which pretty much means we should expect it in time for it to be a Christmas present.
