Exciting times.

It’s been rumoured for a while, but Irish customers finally have another smartphone brand which promises top of the range hardware and specs.

OPPO has announced that it is officially launching in Ireland and is bringing its new Reno4 Series, to consumers here in November.

The phones launched in UK recently to a positive response with OPPO stating its devices are aimed at young trend-setters and creatives.

The Reno4 series includes its flagship Reno4 Pro and a more affordable 5G option, the Reno4 Z.

“We’re thrilled to bring the latest devices from OPPO to the Irish market,” said Thomas Mason, general manager, OPPO Ireland.

“We set up OPPO’s business in Ireland to offer Irish consumers greater access to the latest technologically advanced smartphones and devices.

“Irish customers will now experience some of the latest tech OPPO has to offer with the Reno4 Series, between our industry-leading Super VOOC Fast Charging technology and renowned Ultra Steady Video.

“We’re incredibly excited about what the future holds for OPPO in Ireland.”

The Reno series places a heavy emphasis on the camera with selfies, large-scale and 360° shooting made easy with the Front Steady Video, Hyperlapse features, and anti-shake capability of the rear-facing video, helping to give a smooth shooting experience.

The Reno 4 Pro sports Ultra Night Video and Ultra Steady Video to provide some great performance in low light and the Sony IMX708 ultra night wide-angle video lens means you can capture wide shots in even greater detail.

The Reno 4 Pro will be available at €799 and the Reno 4 Z will be available at €375.
