It’s about bloody time…

As if we needed another reason to look forward to the release of FIFA 15 next month, we were given another one today when Xbox revealed additions to the Legends line-up in the new game, which includes a certain former Ireland captain and current assistant manager of the national team.

That’s right, Roy Keane has been included alongside the likes of Bobby Moore, Peter Schmeichel, Roberto Carlos, Michael and Brian Laudrup, Carlos Valderrama, Franco Baresi, Hristo Stoichkov and Alan Shearer on a list of legendary names that will grace the most popular football video game on the planet when it comes out next month.

Keano and the names listed above will join Pele, Paolo Maldini, Ruud Gullit, Dennis Bergkamp and many, many more legends from FIFA 14 and though we haven’t caught a glimpse of his stats yet, we’re sure that he’ll top the list when it comes to aggression, determination and striking the fear of God into opponents with that famous death stare of his.

The Legends line-up remains exclusive to Xbox so Keane won’t be available for FIFA 15 gamers on other platforms, but his inclusion is just one more reason for Xbox users to look forward to the already highly-anticipated next edition of FIFA when it arrives on shelves next month.

UPDATE: Here’s a brand new video trailer featuring what Keane will look like in the game.
