Presenting the selfie-stick shaped like a human arm

Someone has seen a gap in the market

Someone has seen a gap in the market.

Selfie-sticks have divided opinion since the dawn of… well, selfie-sticks.

To many it represented another tool for the vanity-obsessed masses, to others a very handy device which allowed some great images for individuals and groups alike.

The evolution of the selfie-stick has reached its next stage and artists Justin Crowe and Aric Snee have designed one using fibre-glass in the shape of a human arm, which is specifically targeted at the people who don’t want to look like they’re on their own.

You hold the ‘hand’ and it looks like you are with someone who is taking your picture except you are holding their hand in EVERY single picture.

We are happy report that the prototype selfie-stick arm is just that, a prototype.

The designers need to make it look more human, otherwise it looks like you are having a spooky affair with a mannequin.

Also, we hope it comes with a bag. Nothing screams ‘I’m alone’ like walking around with a false arm. Believe me.
