So we’re fairly excited at the idea of hearing his iconic voice used to operate Amazon’s Alexa device.
The feature will allow users of Alexa-enabled devices to interact with an AI version of the actor created using the company’s neural text-to-speech technology.
Individual users will be given the choice as to whether they would like to have swearing on or off.

To get started, just say, “Alexa, introduce me to Samuel L. Jackson.” Then, choose whether you’d like Sam to use explicit language or not. If you change your mind later, simply go to the settings menu of the Alexa app to toggle between clean and explicit content.
However, the new feature will not come free for owners of Alexa devices. It was announced by Amazon that it will cost you an extra fee for access to Jackson’s dulcet tones, but it hasn’t been revealed how much exactly yet.
Amazon have also said that 2020 will see a number of other celebrities’ voices added to the device.
