Sick of looking for your phone charger all the time? IKEA has come up with a brilliant solution
We want this in our lives.
Smarts phones are wonderful devices but the one thing that cracks everyone up is the battery, or the lack of battery.
The real annoying bit is when your battery is almost dead and you cannot find your charger anywhere.
That feeling of devastation might become a thing of the past because IKEA have a solution to the problem.
The Swedish furniture chain has announced that it's going to incorporate Qi technology into some of its products.
That means you'll be able to charge your phone by simply placing it on a surface, so the whole process will be wireless.
You'll have to plug the piece of furniture into a power source, but the idea is a clever one and we can see it taking off.
It'll be the first time built-in wireless chargers will be available to buy from a mass-market furniture shop.
According to the Wall Street Journal, the charging pads will cost €20, which is great value, we'll take 10 please.
Hat-tip to Mashable.
