2016 wasn’t a great year for everybody but it was a pretty good one for Snapchat.
Already a social media behemoth before the year started, it has grown bigger and better in the last year thanks to the introduction of, to name a few features, group chat, Spectacles and Memories.
It was in September of 2015 that Snapchat introduced lenses, filters which basically allow the user to enhance selfies with an array of visual effects that are regularly updated on the app.
Snapchat have released a list of the ten most popular lenses of the last year; there’s no particular order to the list but we’re sure if you’re a regular Snapchat user then you’re intimately familiar with most if not all of them.
