First person time-lapse videos shot on personal video cameras can often look shaky, so Microsoft has developed a new method for creating silky smooth video clips.
This really does look absolutely amazing…
While GoPros and other video cameras have revolutionised how we capture personal moments, the resulting footage can often look shaky seeing as the camera is mounted to your person and not a fixed, stable mount.
However, Microsoft’s research labs have developed a new way to stabilise shaky video footage in order to create a super smooth time-lapse video, which they are calling a ‘hyper-lapse’. Check it out in the video above.
