Whoever dreamt up the concept of celebrities reading mean tweets in front of a camera is a bona fide genius.

The latest instalment of Jimmy Kimmel's Mean Tweets is an all-NBA edition to help everyone get in the mood for this month's Playoffs - the first of which was won last night by Steph Curry's Golden State Warriors.

This video features basketball's superstars past and present - such as Steph Curry, Shaquille O'Neal and Magic Johnson - taking some serious online abuse on the chin and teaching us all a thing or two about not taking the trolls too seriously.

Though, of course, it's a little bit easier to laugh at yourself when you're a gazillionaire athlete. Or at least we'd hope it is...
