Typing on my normal keyboard with disdain after watching this.
The humble computer keyboard is so humble that it is almost invisible. We all spend many hours a day hammering away at them without ever really looking at them or thinking ‘I wish this was a bit different’.
But LEGO artist Jason Allerman (what a job that is) looked at his keyboard and thought ‘Let’s make this out of LEGO’. So he did.
Jason had to get creative, what with LEGO not making keyboard parts and all, but he managed and the end result is that coolest keyboard we have ever seen. Below he explains exactly how he did it.
Honestly, if the gaffer got in a raft of these we promise we’d work harder*
*No we won’t, we just want a cool LEGO keyboard.
