Video: You simply have to watch this live-action Assassin’s Creed hunt through Paris

This is one of the best videos you are going to see this week...

Alan Loughnane

Last year we brought you the amazing Assassin’s Creed video created for Comic Con featuring a parkour specialist dressed up as a game character racing around Las Vegas. This year, the assassins are back on the hunt in the streets of Paris.

In the latest instalment of the hit Assassin’s Creed franchise, Assassin’s Creed Unity, you play as a master Assassin in the French Revolution, and for the first time you can play with your friends in 4-player co-op missions.

We are absolutely dying to get our hands on the new game in the franchise so that we can start jumping over buildings while protecting the weak and innocent from the corrupt in their society. However, we are patient enough to wait for the game to be officially released, unlike parkour specialist Ronnie Shalvis and the French FreeRun Family who decided to make a live-action Assassin’s Creed video.

Shalvis and co have created a video (above) of them racing across the French capital climbing over buildings, scaling walls and hitching rides on the back of unsuspecting buses.

Everyone who has played the series knows how crazily fantastic it is, but seeing it done in real parkour fashion is mind-blowing.

Take a look at the behind the scenes version below.
