Virgin Media working “flat out” to fix broadband issue for customers

Customers have reported issues with their internet on Monday.

Virgin Media has said it is working “flat out” to fix an issue that has affected its broadband network in Ireland and the UK on Monday.

The issue is causing connectivity loss for short periods of time before being restored.

In a statement on Monday, Virgin Media said they are working to fix the issue and apologised for any inconvenience caused to customers.

“Our teams are urgently looking into the problem and will work flat out to fix it,” the statement read.

“We know how frustrating this is for customers and apologise for any inconvenience caused.”
