Do you need to check if you’re registered to vote in the upcoming referendums? Well, there’s a Facebook app for that.
In case you didn’t know there are two referendums set for October 4 which will ask the people of Ireland whether we want to abolish the Seanad and whether we want to set up a new Court of Appeal or not.
Well, you can now check if you’re registered to vote by heading on over to the Referendum Commission’s Facebook page. It’s a handy service to use and it will give you something to do when you get bored of poking your mates or stalking your ex.
The Referendum Commission’s Facebook page is part of a €3.3m information campaign being launched today ahead of next month’s two referendums.
