Some tech savvy Arsenal and Coventry City fans tried their best to illuminate the pitch at the Emirates Stadium tonight by using their smartphones…
Some of the main floodlights mysteriously failed just before half time at the Emirates Stadium, during Arsenal’s Fourth Round FA Cup match-up against Coventry, but it didn’t stop play and it actually made for some cool looking photos…

Thankfully for the fans, and the players, the lights were switched back on just in time for the second half.
The game finished up with Arsenal enjoying a comfortable 4-0 win thanks to Cazorla, Giroud and Podolski (2). Let’s just hope Wenger continues to pay the electricity bills otherwise this might become a regular occurrence.
