Dylan Masone took entering the field of play to a whole new level last night in New York, even if his Ma wasn’t too happy.

As happens every now and then, last night’s showpiece baseball game, the All-Star Game at Citi Field in New York, was invaded by a fan. But the story of Dylan Masone’s pitch invasion is definitely the most social media driven pitch invasion in hstory.

And tweeting out an angry message from his Ma…

Dylan posted this, just before he entered the field.

We don’t have TV footage of his run onto the pitch but we do have this remarkable GIF of him being slammed to the floor by security, via Barstool Sports.

Kid slam

Dylan hasn’t tweeted since his ‘picture of the fence’ tweet but we hope he’s okay. And don’t try this in Croker kids…
