AXA and ISM competition terms and conditions

- The driving lessons prize is provided by the Irish School of Motoring.

- The prize consists of 12 Essential Driver Training (EDT) lessons, delivered by a fully RSA-approved ISM driving instructor, to the total value of €545.

- The winner must hold a valid learner permit and be a resident of the Republic of Ireland, aged 18-24.

- The winner must be available to take one 2-hour EDT lesson per week over a 6-week period, subject to instructor availability and scheduling through ISM's lesson booking system.

- There is only one prize of 12 EDT lessons available. No cash alternative is offered and the prize is non-transferable.

- By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in all marketing and publicity, and promotional activities arranged by ISM, including but not limited to - being featured in photographs, video recordings, and short interviews during and after their lessons, having their learner driver journey documented and shared by ISM's marketing channels, including social media, website, email campaigns, and media partner content (such as JOE.ie or AXA.ie)

- The winner grants Irish School of Motoring an unrestricted, royalty-free and perpetual licence to use their name, image, likeness, and any content generated during the campaign for marketing, commercial, and promotional purposes, both in Ireland and internationally, across all platforms and formats.

The Insurance Prize

- The Insurance Prize is provided by AXA Insurance dac, Wolfe Tone Street, Dublin 1.

- The Insurance Prize is as follows: an AXA Insurance Car Insurance policy up to the value of €2,000 for one year or, in the event that the winner's premium exceeds the €2,000 prize fund, the winner may elect to contribute €2,000 to the price of an AXA Insurance car insurance policy, or used towards the cost of the winner being insured on a fully licensed driver's AXA Insurance car insurance policy, on which they are a named driver.

- Normal underwriting acceptance criteria apply

- There will only be one Insurance Prize provided by AXA.

- The Insurance Prize cannot be exchanged for an alternative prize, such as (without limitation) cash, goods or an alternative insurance product.

- The Insurance Prize is not transferable.

- AXA Insurance reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the Insurance Prize with an alternative prize of similar value.

AXA Insurance dac is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland.

Entrant Eligibility for Insurance Prize

- The information you provide in the competition entry form will be used by AXA and Irish School of Motoring to contact you to discuss your availability to begin your driving lessons and discuss your insurance requirements in order to offer your quotations for car insurance, subject to underwriting acceptance criteria.

- The competition is not open to any employees of AXA Insurance, their families or anyone associated with the draw.

- To be eligible for entry and the purposes of claiming the Insurance Prize - all entrants must be 18-24, all competition entrants must hold a valid learner drivers' permit copy of which must be provided and be resident in the Republic of Ireland, normal underwriting acceptance criteria apply.

- To claim the Insurance Prize, the winner will be contacted by AXA by phone.

- If the winner is deemed by AXA to be unsuitable to accept the prize or is uncountable after three attempts through the details provided by them in the online form, AXA shall ask JOE to select a new winner. The uncountable winner shall be notified on one further email that they have been deemed to have forfeited the prize as they could not be contacted. The prize will then move to the next available winner.

- The winner consents to be contacted by AXA and shall also agree to take part in various publicity and marketing content in connection with this competition. This publicity may include a series of content on AXA.ie documenting the winners progress through their lessons and their experience of AXA car insurance, photographs taken to promote the progress of the winner's journey (after every 2-hour lesson) and a short video interview (60 seconds) once their driving lessons are completed (after 12 lessons). This content will be posted on axa.ie for a period of 5 years from publication for marketing purposes.

- The winner has the right to withdraw their consent at any time, and AXA will remove said content from the website should they choose to withdraw.
