Arsenal’s crocked midfielder Jack Wilshere has had enough of Spurs fans thinking they rule the roost and has asked them to put their money where their mouths are.
Last night Tottenham thumped Aston Villa to climb to third place in the table, three points clear of rivals Arsenal with a game in hand.
It prompted some excited Spurs fans to tweet Wilshere and tell him that their club would finish ahead of his in the Premier league this season.
Wilshere responded with the following series of tweets, putting a challenge out to the Spurs fans.

A quick look at the tweets back to him shows that the English midfielder has had lots of takers so the Jack Marshall charity should benefit either way.
Arsenal have been top dogs for each of the last 10 seasons so the track record is on Jack’s side but with the Gunners only an injured Robin van Persie away from probable disaster, Tottenham have never look better placed to best them.
We would be worried for Wilshere’s bank balance but as he earns £50,000 a week we think the £3,000 shouldn’t be too hard for him to rustle up, if Arsenal do fail to catch Harry’s high-flying Spurs.
