Keep your hair on: Minor league baseball coach steals third base… literally

You always hear of the term 'stealing third' when it comes to baseball. However, this minor league coach took the phrase just a little too seriously.

Here we have footage of Joe Mikulik, the coach for the Single-A Asheville Tourists as he loses it on the field of play. His team was playing against the RiverDogs last week when he had a few choice words for the umpire. We can’t hear what he’s saying, but we can wager a heavily expletive guess…

Apparently, the argument stems from a disputed missed tag at third base. Instead of staying in the dugout and shouting from there Mikulik storms out onto the pitch to give the umpire a piece of his mind, and his hat too.

After throwing his hat at the umpire he marches around the diamond making various hand gestures before he literally pulls third base out of the ground. However, it's his exit from the stadium that made him a hot-headed hero in our eyes.

It’s one seriously funny video of a grown man losing his cool like a bitchy child so sit back and enjoy. He could probably do with a corse of Bioxsine too, you know, to keep his hair on.
