It’s been the big rumour over the last few days and now it’s finally happened.
The brilliant, but slightly unhinged Mario Balotelli is heading back to the Premier League and this time he’ll be plying his trade at Anfield. Liverpool fans are still mourning the loss of Luis Suarez to Barcelona, but they’ll be very excited to hear that the mercurial Balotelli will soon be donning the famous red jersey.
The Italian has signed a 3 year-deal with the Merseysiders after completing a €16 million from AC Milan.
There is no doubt that Balotelli possesses extraordinary ability and this could prove to be an absolute master-stroke from Brendan Rodgers, but there are always those doubts about his temperament.
However, if he feels the love at Anfield, he could be the best signing of the summer.
