The bouncer that allegedly leaked footage of Mike Tindall indulging in a spot of motorboating in New Zealand wants the England rugby captain to testify in court.

New Zealander Jonathan Dixon was fired from his job as a bouncer at the Altitude Bar in Queenstown after leaking footage of Tindall getting intimately acquainted with the mystery blonde and is facing charges of accessing a computer system for dishonest purposes.

Dixon uploaded the footage to YouTube on Friday after obtaining it from the bar’s computer banks the day after the England team paid a visit, but the clip has since been taken down after the maelstrom of bad publicity that followed it. Tindall is not only England captain after all, but the husband of Zara Phillips, the granddaughter of the Queen.

Dixon told the Mail on Sunday that he was seriously offended by Tindall’s antics and wants the 30-year old to explain himself in court.

"If my case goes to trial, I want Mike Tindall to appear in the witness box and explain his actions that night," he said.

"Anyone who does this kind of thing when they've made wedding vows in front of God should be ashamed of themselves."

Buckingham Palace officials have downplayed the incident by stating that the mystery blonde in question was a personal friend of Tindall and Phillips, but there are many people who were at the bar that aren’t buying it.

"There was no doubt what he was after," one witness told the Mail on Sunday.

"At one stage he put his hand down the back of her jeans. Then he put his hand up her top at the back, as if he was trying to undo her bra strap."

Whether it is to simply support her husband or ensure that he doesn’t get up to any more sleazy antics while on tour, Zara Phillips is expected to arrive in New Zealand shortly, and who knows, she may yet have to pencil in a court appearance into her itinerary.
