Summer is all about fun times and festivals and summer 2013 is shaping up to be a great one, especially with the excellent Body and Soul Festival already in the diary.
To get everyone in the mood, we’ve picked three tunes from some of the acts from that festival so sit back, crack open a Bulmers in the sunshine (hopefully the weather is amazing where you are and you’re over 18) and enjoy.
1. Nicolas Jaar – Encore
This track from the American-Chilean musician takes a moment to get going but it’s a great wee tune once it kicks in so have a listen below. Jaar will be gracing the Main Stage at this year’s festival.

2. Kurt Vile and the Violators – Losing It
Also taking to the main stage at Body and Soul this year is American indie rocker Kurt Vile and his backing band The Violators.

3. Solange – Losing You
Probably best known as “yer wan Beyonce’s sistah,” Solange Knowles has carved out a career for herself as a recording artist and you can see her up close and personal on the Main Stage too. Plus she’s absolutely gorgeous:
