We're not sure what Clarence Seedorf is like as a boss. The Dutch legend is only in charge of his former team AC Milan for a few weeks so he might be still playing it softly-softly with the players.

So when midfielder Riccardo Montolivo rocked in late for training yesterday, we're sure the Italian international produced this picture to make sure he stayed in his new gaffer's good books.
