You’d either laugh or cry, and in public anyway, Artur Boruc has chosen former after today’s embarrassing blunder at the Emirates.

The Southampton goalkeeper can have no-one to blame but himself after gifting Olivier Giroud the opening goal today against the Gunners. This evening the Pole took to Instagram to show his sense of humour by jokingly comparing himself to the Dutch legend after his attempts to showboat went horribly wrong, adding the caption "Close enough...f...hell". Not sure his team-mates or supporters will find it quite so funny, but at least he isn’t getting too upset over the error.
