There are even GAA hipsters on Albert Square now
It’s not often that we get to see the GAA given a nod on many soap operas bar Fair City or Ros na Run, but tonight’s EastEnders was one of those rare occasions.
Nancy Carter, who works behind the bar in the Square’s famous pub, was sporting the training top of St Patrick’s College, lending her support to the Ballymena outfit, which we’re fairly sure qualifies her as a GAA hipster.

Nancy is Mick’s (Danny Dyer) daughter on the show, so we’re presuming the fact that she’s wearing this top in the Queen Vic is considered “propa naughty” by her aul lad.
