Harry Redknapp has made his wish list and now awaits Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy to stump up the cash for a spending spree.
Wheeler dealer Redknapp has identified Chelsea hitman Didier Drigba, West Ham maestro Scott Parker and Brazilian rising star Damiao (pictured above).
'Arry has warned the board that recapturing Champions League football is only a remote possibility unless they spend big and has made his feelings clear to the chairman.
"I want Daniel to go out and get three fantastic players," Redknapp said.
"You can't say that just because we didn't make the Champions League, we're not going to improve next year. If we don't improve, then they will - Manchester United, Chelsea, Arsenal and Man City, who are unbelievable."
The Spurs boss had never been shy to admit that he longs for a true leader on the field, which he would get in the form of Parker for around £8m, and a natural goalscorer.
Chelsea may not let Drogba leave for anything less than £10m, that's steep for a 33-year-old in the Premier Leage, and Tottenham will have to make a renewed offer for Brazil international Damiao, the 21-year-old will fetch upwards of £12m.
