Jose Mourinho has confirmed to ITV that Chelsea have completed the signing of Mohamed Salah from FC Basel. The Egyptian 21-year-old had been a long-standing target of Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers but - as with Willian in the summer - he has seen the much lauded winger choose Chelsea instead. Salah now begins the tough task of getting into a Chelsea team that, while light on strikers now that Fernando Torres has been ruled for three or four weeks, features an array of attacking midfield talent even after the deal that took Juan Mata to Manchester United.
