Baker are fine brand, and particularly for the mid-range (in terms of price) accesories. This lovely wallet should carry your card and cash with pride and won’t break the bank if you’re thinking of it as a Christmas gift for someone you actually like. Reails for about €50 and is our favourite of the bunch.

Gucci

You really know what you’re getting with a wallet from one of the swishest brands currently working the style market like a boss. This gorgeous, slick wallet will fit snugly in your pocket, avoiding an uncomfortable bulge in either a jacket or fitted trousers. Also, look at it – it just oozes class.  You can pick this one up for about €225. Steep, but if you have the cash worth it.

Samsonite

Sorry, as soon as we see the word ‘Samsonite’ we instantly hear Jim Carrey in heads going “I was way off.” The practical but stylish American brand have been around for some time and are probably best known for their work with briefcases and luggage. But their leather range of wallets are surprisingly nice, and if you’re on a budget, you can pick up this one for about €50. Not bad at all.
