You might have thought we saw the last of our 'good friend' Declan Ganley, but you were wrong. He's back and he's going to be waving a big old No banner once again.
Last month we found out the businessman had warmed up to the idea of the European Union and done a complete about-face to become a Euro federalist. Now, it seems that while he could no longer be classed as a Eurosceptic he is still looking for a No vote to the Fiscal Treaty.
His reason for the return to the No side is that the treaty makes no deal on Ireland's bank debt.
Not only has Ganley returned with his No posters, which will be pimping the country out with during the week, he has also risen Libertas from the dead.
Whether his return to the No campaign will actually make any difference is debateable, but what is sure is that he will certainly add some controversy to the campaign. He has already likened voting yes to the treaty to buying a ticket for the Titanic.
