On August 10 Celtic and Liverpool will play at Aviva Stadium in an already eagerly awaited pre-season friendly. Here’s all the info you need on how to nab yourself a ticket.

It is probably safe to say that two of the overseas clubs with the biggest support here in Ireland are Liverpool and Celtic. In fact, many Irish soccer fans are supporters of both the Glasgow and the Merseyside giants.

So it should be no problem for the FAI to sell out the meeting of the two sides on August 10 at Aviva Stadium. The game was announced last week and now we have the details on the all-important tickets.

Tickets are €10 for children and from €25 for general admission to €55 for premium level. They just went on sale at 9.30am this morning from Ticketmaster, via both clubs ticketing offices, and from Ticketmaster offices.

With the game being the final one before the season kicks off for both clubs, we can expect strong line-ups in Dublin so it should be a competitive game too and a step up from the usual pre-season friendly.
