Manchester City put in another strong performance today to beat Swansea, and Negredo’s fantastic free kick opened the scoring
Alvaro Negredo was the first off the mark for Manchester City today as he opened the scoring with this amazing free kick after just eight minutes.
He struck the ball with a great amount of power and no shortage of whip as it left Swansea goalkeeper Gerhard Tremmel a mere spectator on his line.
They went on to add two more goals through Samri Nasri, and continue their rich vein of home form. Now if only they could get any sort of result away from the Etihad…
