At the weekend Man City gifted Chelsea the winner in the Premier League and in tonight’s cup action the Londoners have benefitted from another defensive mix-up.

Cesar Azpilicueta took advantage of a weak header from Carl Jenkinson towards Lukasz Fabianski in goals to put the Blues one nil up at the Emirates as the Spaniard grabbed his first goal in a Chelsea jersey. The goal is not too dissimilar from the costly blunder between Joe Hart and Matija Nastasic that allowed Fernando Torres to claim the three points against City at the weekend and Arsene Wenger won’t be overly pleased with his defence for this one.
