People have argued about the existence of the Loch Ness Monster for centuries, so the Hollywood star Charlie Sheen recently decided he’d go and have a look for himself. Sure why not…

Charlie spent four days in the Scottish city of Inverness last week and when he wasn’t taking in the scenery or shopping on the high street, he was out hunting Nessie. Why? Well, why not?

The 47-year-old actor landed in Scotland on his private plane with a few friends in tow and according to reports he was on his best behaviour all weekend – which might explain why he didn’t see any dragon-like creatures.

According to The Daily Record, “the only time he got close to misbehaving was when he climbed a Nessie sculpture on the Dores Road roundabout, near Inverness, and posed for snaps before visiting Debenhams.”

Sheen also Tweeted out the following pic while in Scotland…

Sadly for Charlie, he didn’t manage to spot the elusive Nessie, but we’re sure he’ll be back.
