One amateur videographer got a little surprise when the police chase he was recording on TV passed right by his house.
According to NBC4 News over in the US, a viewer by the name of Jason Lee was shooting video of a pursuit on the 11 p.m. newscast last Sunday when the pursuit actually came to him. Why he was recording the chase in the first place is anyone's guess.
Several patrol cars pursued the suspect who was behind the wheel of a stolen Toyota Camry as it weaved through LA for two hours.
It ended when the driver, reported to be “a boy” finally gave up, but authorities aren’t releasing his age. So we’re guessing it was some 15-year-old genius who’s been playing a bit too much GTA.
While it was a bad day for the ‘boy’, it turned out to be a great day for Lee. If only he ran outside and waved to the camera chopper...
