Patrick Kane’s new commercial is stunning, but is it real or fake?
We have become all to accustomed to sporting stars starring in ads that purport to display their great skills only to find out afterwards it was merely some clever camerawork and digital wizadry that dazzled us, not actual skills.
So we were a bit sceptical about this new ice hockey equipment ad starring Chicago Blackhawks star Patrick Kane.
The ad, which is supposed to be ‘secretly filmed footage’ shows Kane perform some pretty epic drills of puck and foot control, moving the puck at astonishing speed without ever hitting any of the stationary pucks in his way.
It looks real, and many NHL fans have vowed that it is but others doubt whether it is legit or not.

We’re willing to believe this one for now as Kane is a very talented player indeed but let us know what you think below.
